Preparation & Cooking Guidelines

Cooking Instructions:       

For best results cook from frozen

  • Shallow Fry      Medium Heat for 5 – 6 Minutes
  • Deep Fry           Hot Oil (180oC)  for 4 – 5 Minutes
  • Grill                    Medium Heat for 10 – 12 Minutes
  • Oven Bake       Gas Mark 6 (200 oC)   10 – 15 Minutes
