Preparation & Cooking Guidelines

Cooking Instructions: 

For best results cook from frozen

SHALLOW FRY – Medium heat for 9-10 minutes

DEEP FRY – 180C for 7-8 minutes

GRILL – medium heat for 20-25 minutes

OVEN COOK – 180C gas mark 5 for 30-35 minutes
